2 times this Ford location could not fix an issue. Both times I went to another dealer to get service. Also had an issue at Diehl Hyundai . I don't know what is going on, but at this point I won't even go back for an oil change. I literally have to drive an hour to get good dealer service, and this Ford location is a 1/4 from my house. Do these reviews ever make a difference? Who knows. Do they care ? I can't even give a 1 star since they literally didn't even fix the issues. Was told it was normal, and it was not, second issue was a transmission failure, waited 2 months, never got into the service.

They took care of my new Nissan Murano well with the rustproofing service. I am happy to know they can bring me back to my apartment so I don't have to wait in the dealership for future service appointments. Very satisfied with the service department.

Would give zero stars if I could as you tried to rip off my son on a 2007 Ford Explorer repair. You said it would be almost $1200, AND that they warranty we purchased on the vehicle from the used car lot would not cover ANYTHING from the repair. Our local shop did the repair for a total of $150.17. You are nothing but a bunch of thieves!!

Always punctual, straight- forward, competent and thoughtful in any work that is scheduled. Comfortable waiting area, pleasant staff. Have leased three cars from this dealer location and purchased one.. very satisfied !
