Well 1 their website to make appointments are misleading because apparently it shows just the labor price you'll be paying and not labor & parts together. I make an appt for my brake pads & rotors (that they said needed fix when I brought my car in for a recall fix.) And that it would be around $260. I get there and she's telling me it'll be $500 because adding the parts in... why in the world would the website not say the full price?? So misleading. Anyway I go to highway tire instead told them what dehil kia told me I needed fix they looked at it my rotors were fine weren't grinding and just replaced my brake pads. Came out to about 140. Wow HUGE difference. Dehil kia trying to take advantage of people. And saying things that don't need fixed, fixed!. I'd get second opinions before you dish out a ton of money to them!!

Excellent service, all the way from the initial greeting from the employee that put paper floor mats in the car and plastic on the drivers seat, to the service write up person and the cashier to complete the transaction. I was promised the work might take 2 hours, but they finished in an hour. Just the way I like service to be done; under promise and over deliver! Great Service.

I have always had a great experience until today! How are you going to take my car that has a full bumper to bumper extended warranty, have me sign to pay for a diagnostic and then call me 30 minutes before you close and tell me you have to keep my car and I owe double now because they have to investigate more into what’s wrong??? I live over an hour away and you inform me you have no car for me to drive and you are sorry!!!! I’m sorry also that I chose you to service my car!! How do you expect me to get home????? There is nothing ok about this situation. So I am stuck in this city an hour away from home with no ride and no car to get to work or back up here tomorrow to get my car!!!!! This is not ok and I have never been treated like this and just told well I’m sorry. I’m also sorry and I will make sure I make calls into the company to see this is never done to another person.

I’ve had 3 different detail services between 2 vehicles. They offer a shuttle service, carried out by the most enjoyable man. The car is always immaculate when I get it back and the pricing is fair, especially if you have small kids that destroy everything. Fantastic. 10/10
