Worthless. Cannot get anyone to actually work on a car after three days and having it for a second time. They give excuse after excuse. This was a much better dealership before Diehl took over. Don't buy a car here because you'll never be able to get the warranty work done on it.

Free water and popcorn 🍿 Love this place so much that I almost don’t want any more people to know about how good they are. Why? They are already super busy! Just for an oil change, you are lucky to get scheduled sooner than two weeks. Anyway, they are fantastic and get you in and out as quickly as they possibly can. They also don’t push all the unnecessary services on you like many other pop up shops do.

BEWARE!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED OF YOUR MONEY. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD. THEY SOLD ME $1400 JOB ASSUMING IT WOULD FIX THE ISSUE I BROUGHT TO THEM. THEY CALLED ME TO PICKUP CAR DROVE IT 5 MINUTES ISSUE NOT FIXED. ONE WEEK LATER THEY CALL TO TELL ME IT NOW NEEDS A NEW TRANSMISSION AND THEY’LL DO IT FOR $5000. I ASKED THEM ABOUT THE MONEY I ALREADY SPENT AND THEY SAY BEST COULD DO IT TAKE $500 OFF THE NEW JOB. I HAVE A FAMILY AND THAT $1400 IS CRUCIAL TO OUR WELLBEING. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND THEY HAVE NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME WITH A RESOLUTION. SO NOW I WILL BE MAKING SURE I LET OTHERS KNOW THERE BUSINESS ETHICS. PROTECT YOURSELF.

Charlie in service was AMAZING! My Hyundai Sonata broke down along the side of the highway while my whole family was in it- we were loaded down on a road trip to Florida. The engine stopped working and we were told it was due to a recall in my Hyundais motor. The tow company towed it to the nearest Hyundai dealer for us- which ended up being this service center. Charlie was assigned to our case and was amazing to work with from start to finish! The chances of Hyundai covering the engine replacement my car needed seemed very slim in the beginning of the whole process- and Charlie was upfront and honest about that- but it didn’t stop him from fighting to try and make it happen anyhow. He submitted everything in a timely manner to Hyundai AND GOT IT ALL APPROVED! Originally we believed we would be without my vehicle for up to 6 months during the repair process. We were told the whole situation was just a lengthy one and to be patient. Not only did Charlie do what it took to get the engine replacement FULLY covered by Hyundai- he also got my vehicle back to me in 1 months time. Charlie was kind, honest, hard working, and just fun to work with! It was an overall great experience!

I made an appointment for maintenance that was supposed to be included with the purchase of a new vehicle, made special arrangements to take the car. I traveled 45 minutes and when we got the the dealership, there was no record of the appointment at all. We were told they could fit us in, but I’m not willing to waste one of my few days off of work waiting around a car delearship.
