Don't take your car here. I was scammed. I brought my car in for a leak. they said they would fix the leak. made me pay $5,000 , I got the car back and it still has the SAME leak! NOW they are saying oh there are 2 more leaks that I would need to pay additional money to have fixed. NO, you said the $5k would fix the leak , it did not. Currently they refuse to fix this leak without charging me more money.

I’ve dealt with Dick Masheter in the past and have never really had a good reason to to take time to write a review. But today I came to assist my daughter and pick her up while she was getting some repairs done. We dealt with Keith in service and he was a pleasure to work with and very helpful, he understood the time frame we had to work within and made sure the repairs were done and the car was ready earlier than expected. I’ve dealt with Dick Masheter in the past and have never really had a good reason to to take time to write a review. But today I came to assist my daughter and pick her up while she was getting some repairs done. Took my car there about 5PM on a Tuesday night while they were still open so they could keep the car over night to start it up cold to do a diagnostic. Never heard anything the next day on Wednesday, no text, call, message, or email.. So I went back about 4PM to pick it up. They told me they took the car next door for the diagnostic and it takes 3 days. This was only supposed to be an overnight thing. Anyway, they went and got my car and told me that when I had 3 days to get the diagnostic done I could bring it back. No temporary loaner offer for the inconvenience of not having your car for 3 days or anything. I already wasted one day off work for no apparent reason. I will never go back to Dick Masheter Ford for anything. What a joke, filled with a bunch of idiots.

I came here without an appointment for new tires and a replacement spare after catching a pothole. They handled that and some routine maintenance for less than I expected. The people I encountered were professional and friendly. I'm sure I caused a slight headache since I had a deadline and a vehicle that nobody should reasonably keep tires in stock for, but they didn't let on. I recommend this location without hesitation. They will 100% get more of my business.

I just had the worst experience attempting to schedule a service appointment. The lady who helped me was extremely rude and was clearly distracted trying to do multiple things at once. She also could not listen to my vin number to save her life. A as in Apple, etc. was not good enough. It took her 4 times to get it correct and was increasingly getting angry at me even though I was trying everything in my power to help her understand. After that whole mess I found out they don’t do weekend service appointments, that’s fine, I didn’t check before she helped make me a profile, but the woman immediately hung up on me after I said my work it to far from there to schedule it on a weekday. I wasn’t even rude??? Extremely unprofessional, she was huffing and puffing like a child on the phone out of frustration, and talking to a co worker about losing keys to a vehicle there (why she kept messing up the vin). DO NOT GO HERE!
