Experience with DCR Systems was an entirely positive experience; even before I dropped the car off service advisor Shaun provided the detailed work instructions on what they estimated would be done to my car. At drop off Jenna immediately came out and comprehensively photographed the car for its total condition prior to commencing work. She then took the initiative to contact a car rental agency to check with me on how they could provide assistance (that also worked out very well). Work on my car was completed ahead of schedule and was immaculately detailed when I arrived to pick it up. That was over 3 weeks ago and the repair is confirmed as flawless. Additional follow up questions from my insurance company have been promptly and thoroughly addressed.

Great repair shop. They go the extra mile to deal with the stressful job of dealing with the insurance company that it less than helpful. Everything worked out much better than expected. Repairs were done perfectly. I will definitely go there again if needed.

The staff was great! Frank communicated very consistently. Unfortunately, Pam, the owner ghosted me after realizing one of the employees sent an incorrect email address that was supposed to go to the insurance of the at-fault driver. Therefore, the insurance would not pay all my expenses. Instead of being the better person and owning up to their mistake, she stopped returning calls and emails I sent to her. She also was very eager to have me fill out a complaint form against the insurance company. She even left a VM stating she was especially concerned that I fill the complaint form out. Very disappointed in both the insurance company and DCR owners Michael and Pam for their cowardess response to a customer that would have promoted them and for stiffing me with a $1800 bill I shouldn't have to pay since I was NOT the at fault drivers nor the one who didn't send the wrong email address.
