I was very happy to be received and serviced a few minutes earlier than my appointment. Ms. Tristan came over greeting me with a smile. She checked me in and even gave me a heads up about some service my car will need soon. She was informative as always. I was able to enjoy 2 nice cups of coffee before my car was ready. They finished just as they stated in the hour. They started my morning off great!

I originally came to Dave Gill on Dec. 18, 2024 for a service traction, service esc error light come on and my break lights would come on while I am driving and go out when I press on the breaks. I was told that the issue isn't under warranty for a recall and that I would need a special order part. I returned to Dave Gill on Thursday February 13. 2025 after I called to see if the part was in and was told that it had been in and they do not know why I wasn't called earlier. I get there and while I am sitting in the waiting room I am told that the part that was ordered was the wrong part and that they would have to go get the part and I would have to wait longer. On Sunday February 16, 2025 after the part was put on (which they assured me was the reason why I was having the issue) I am still having the same issue. The only reason why I did not give Dave Gill a one star was because the service manager Jim was very polite. I very happy at this moment after spending what I had to just to continue to have the same issue!

Just had an oil change and nitrogen in tires done today. But while they worked on it, they sent me out in a new EV blazer to get my opinion and that was great! Don’t know that I’ll buy one but it was fun to try it out!
