Dave Arbogast Buick GMC saved us. If it wasn’t for Sheena‘s referral to Randy’s towing, we would have literally frozen on the side of I-75. Our Jeep broke down while towing an 12’ UHaul to Michigan from Tennessee and our insurance company failed to send help for over 2 1/2 hours when it was 2° outside. Frightened and freezing, Sheena advised we call their tow service and within 20 minutes, Randy’s towing had scooped up the Jeep and our U-Haul trailer and delivered us to the dealership who warmed us, fed us and insured that we got the best service possible Thank you, Arbogast staff. I’m about 3 months late on writing this review. Actually due for my next oil change. Joey Lucas has taken care of me my last few visits and he’s been great every time. One visit he forgot to apply my coupon and I told him that was okay and we could apply it next time. He kept his promise and honored the deal I missed out on. This place is so awesome. The service department is out of this world amazing and accomidating. I booked an appointment for an oil change for a Tuesday. Mistakenly thought it was for Monday and when I went on that wrong day, they still took my vehicle in and did the job, not once blaming me for my mess up. I can't stress enough how great this dealeriship is all around.
