These two guys were working under hard circumstances ( truck 🚚 delivery late) these young men were kind, knowledgeable of car and maintenance and had a upbeat personality not to mention the guy with the ponytail is a major Hottie, 😂 no seriously greatly appreciated their diligence in fixing a problem and providing excellent customer service

I was so happy to have only a short wait to have air put in my tires. The gentlemen were very helpful and able to get the tire pressure to show on the dash screen so I don't let them get that low again.

Didn’t have the proper oil for my car. I asked could they check my fluids the response was “I can, we don’t have any fluids or coolant”… which I thought was apart of all oil changes especially from any nearby competitors. But to add insult to injury the dude never checked my fluids and closed my hood. I see why I was the only car there i definitely WONT BE BACK

Had the oil changed on my wifes car and noticed the oil was overfilled a few weeks later. Took it back up to have the extra (0.75 qt.) drained out for optimum engine performance. Was told it was fine and going down as it settled. Guys, the engine oil will actually go up on the dipstick as the oil is draining down from the valve train. They would not do anything to meet my request, but did say extra won't hurt and is there anything else they could do on top of doing nothing. Guess nobody wanted to go down in the pit to make it right.

I brought my Tacoma in on April 17 2025. These guys did such a good job. Friendly and considerate of my questions and concerns. Very personable and went above and beyond. I appreciate the service and will continue to bring my vehicles to Costa Oil MENTOR ON THE LAKE. Thanks again!
