Corey's Customs Auto Sales & Services Introduce

Corey's Customs Auto Sales & Services, located at 5520 N County Rd 25A, Piqua, OH 45356, USA, operates within the category of Auto Repair Stations. This establishment is accessible via phone at (937) 615-6449 and mobile at +1 937-615-6449. As an auto repair station, it would typically offer a range of services related to vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair. Given the "Auto Sales" in its name, it also functions as a dealership for pre-owned vehicles.

Based on information available, the primary services offered by Corey's Customs Auto Sales & Services appear to encompass both vehicle sales and automotive repair. For those seeking a used vehicle, the dealership aspect of the business would involve presenting cars for sale. Customers would expect to find a selection of pre-owned cars, trucks, or SUVs, with varying makes, models, and price points. The "Auto Services" part of the name indicates that they likely provide mechanical work, which could include general maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, engine diagnostics, and potentially more complex repairs. Such facilities usually cater to a broad range of vehicle issues, aiming to keep cars running safely and efficiently.

Regarding the environment and customer experience, it is important to consider public feedback. Customer reviews offer insights into what one might expect when visiting. One customer reported purchasing a vehicle that experienced immediate issues after the sale, including not starting and later revealing electrical problems and stalling in traffic. This customer mentioned a lack of knowledge from the seller regarding the vehicle's condition and a perceived lack of assistance after the purchase. They also described a less than five-minute test drive due to the absence of a dealer plate and observed unprofessional interactions among staff. This individual advised thorough analysis and test drives before making a purchase, suggesting that if these cannot be done, it might be better to look elsewhere. Another customer who drove a significant distance to purchase a 2005 Honda Element reported numerous significant mechanical failures within two weeks of ownership, including issues with the starter, heater, axle, catalytic converter, and driver door hinge. This customer also raised concerns about extensive rust on the vehicle's frame, which they felt was misrepresented prior to the sale. They expressed significant dissatisfaction, stating they were left with a vehicle that was effectively scrap metal and would not recommend the establishment. These accounts highlight concerns about vehicle condition disclosure and post-sale support.

Key features of Corey's Customs Auto Sales & Services, as gleaned from the available information, seem to include their dual role as both a used car dealership and an auto repair facility. This combination could be seen as a convenience for customers who might wish to purchase a vehicle and also have a place to service it. However, the customer feedback available points to some potential areas of concern regarding the quality of vehicles sold and the transparency of their condition. The reviews suggest that vehicles may be sold "as-is," which is common in the used car market, but customers emphasize the importance of independent inspection and comprehensive test drives to fully understand what they are purchasing. The experience described by customers suggests that thorough due diligence on the part of the buyer is crucial when considering a purchase from this establishment. The family dealership aspect was also mentioned, with one customer noting internal staff interactions during their visit.

In terms of promotional information, no specific promotions or current deals are detailed in the provided data. Generally, auto repair stations and used car dealerships might offer various incentives such as special pricing on services, warranties on repairs, or financing options for vehicle purchases. However, based solely on the provided customer reviews, there is no information about current promotional offers or customer-centric programs from Corey's Customs Auto Sales & Services. Potential customers would need to directly contact the business to inquire about any available deals or guarantees. The reviews, while providing a snapshot of past customer experiences, do not offer information about ongoing customer service policies or any efforts to address post-purchase issues in a structured way.

Given the nature of the feedback, prospective customers should exercise caution and conduct their own comprehensive assessments. This would include arranging for independent mechanical inspections of any vehicle they consider purchasing and ensuring they can conduct a thorough test drive under various conditions. For auto repair services, it would be advisable to clearly discuss the scope of work, estimated costs, and any warranties on parts and labor before authorizing repairs. It is always prudent for consumers to research and compare options when making significant purchases or seeking essential services, and to rely on multiple sources of information beyond just the business's own claims.

Corey's Customs Auto Sales & Services Customer Reviews

Seller was not very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was attempting to sell I understand and as is deal, but the vehicle was poorly described immediately after the paperwork was done. The vehicle would not start. I assumed it needed gas so I went to get some in a can, and before I could return the southern left me there at their dealership to figure out why the truck would not start on my own. After eventually getting the truck home, I reached out and asked if there was some type of way we could come to an agreement, even as far as just refunding me a slight amount, considering that I was not told about the electrical issues as well as the vehicle stalling I didn’t even get a proper test drive because he didn’t bring the dealer plate so he instructed me on a less than five minute drive he bought a tools to try and change the battery where when he asked his brother for the correct tools, his brother said that he really did not need to be selling vehicles and that he was dumb because he didn’t even know what tools to use to get off a battery although I feel that was a bit harsh. I mainly feel it was unprofessional. This was a Family dealership, and the workers are ragging on other workers while a customer is present, attempting to make a purchase. Again, I 100% understand and as is due, but I was told that he drove this truck daily before I purchased it and when I informed him about it, stalling and shutting off in traffic, he insisted that he has never experienced this issue before once so I am left to feel as if everything I’ve said or just happened the day I bought the vehicle And all of the luck with the vehicle ran out with me. The issue isn’t even very bad. It’s a $70 sensor. I would have still been interested in the vehicle regardless I just would have liked to known what I was dealing with. I had to spend money playing the guessing game money that will not be refunded by this dealer. It honestly just seemed like the whole time I was there. They were just trying to get the deal done and leave granite yes it was very cold but this is your occupation. If you wish to sell vehicles, the vehicles should be fully prepared for observation when a customer is present. I stood out there for about 45 minutes trying to get the truck started with jumper, cables, and jump boxes. I wouldn’t say steer clear of this place. I would just say do a thorough analysis of the vehicle and do a thorough test drive. If you can’t complete those things I would look elsewhere. There was not one friendly face. Everyone looked at me as if I did not belong in the area.

I bought a 2005 Honda Element from him . I took it for a test drive it was fine .I drove 3 and 1/2 hours each way to get this car. Two weeks afterI got it home the starter went out ,the heater quit, needed a new axle, the Cadillac converter broke , driver door hinge needed replaced. That's just to name a few. This came to about the $2,000. Before I bought this I asked him directly how is the rust underneath the rear because some Hondas can rust very bad in the rear .He said Oh there's a little bit but not much. The rear end of my car is so rusted that I will have to sell it for parts .The frame is gone. When I started paying for all the repairs I called him .He said I don't know what's wrong I drove this for 200 miles and everything was fine. Well that's great because everything broke apart two weeks after I got home with the car. Total cost to buy the car $72500. Plus the $2000 in repairs. So that comes to almost $10,000 for a car that is now a piece of crap. I would not recommend him to anybody. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and now I don't have the money to replace this car. This nice man sold me a lemon and didn't think twice about it. 😢

He towed the car on Thursday and said he will let us know Tuesday what is wrong with the car. After calling the shop and cell phone multiple times talking to his employee and thru text they put this job off multiple days for 3 1/2 weeks. I finally said if you are not going to look at it could you complimentary tow it somewhere else. Magically the next day the car was done. On the way home the car broke down with the same issue. They would not come and tow the car. The police had the car towed to impound lot immediately after he would not come get the car. He did tell us he would go get the car the next day. Unfortunately that was on a Friday and he never showed up. I talked to him yesterday all for him to let me know he will not get the car and he is not responsible for it. Any reputable business would at least try to meet a customer half way and now we are at a loss for $330 car repair and $300 impound!
