Staff is really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. One of their employees Lloyd, saved me money because he advised me that my car problem could be an entirely different part. He was right and his solution was cheaper. I highly recommend this store.

O’Reilly’s is my shop to get auto parts. The associates that work there are always friendly and helpful. When they do not have a part at the store in Piqua, they are good about finding a store that is close by so that you may get what you are looking for. Or they have to order the part, in which case you will have to wait for a day or two.

On a short road trip, our truck’s water pump blew. We stopped at this location to get the replacement part (my husband is a mechanic!) the employees were super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They loaned my husband the needed tools and he was able to fix the problem in the parking lot. 10/10 customer service! Highly recommend!
