Absolutely blown away about the great service, from the friendly front desk help, to the most competent mechanics. Having been in the motorcycle industry and an avid rider ,since the 70's, I am so pleased to find such an avenue to conquer the tasks that I just don't want to deal with. If you want a trustworthy avenue to address your 2 wheeled babies, this IS the place.. THANKS GUYS !!!!!!!

I got trouble with my motorcycle while I was making trip to northern part of California. With very helpful and professonal staff we checked what was the situation (lack of coolant and overheating) then we filled up the coolant and I was able to continue my trip. Thanks to CoastRiders Powerprts!

Couldn't be more satisfied. If you need any work done on your scooter/motorcycle/etc bring it to these folks. Great customer service all around! I brought them quite the project, scooter was literally in several pieces, missing fuel/vacuum lines, broken carb, was sitting for over two years outside - rough shape all around. Wasn't even sure they'd be willing to take on the task. Received an extremely reasonable quote initially, and when the job was finished it was under the original estimate. And of course, the scooter ran flawlessly and sounded great! Will be coming back for any additional needs in the future fore sure!!! I am very new to the scooter world, and my extent of knowledge is close to zero. I am very subject to being overcharged/taken advantage of by shady shops, as it is clear I know nothing other than how to ride the thing. Chris and Rebecca took the time to discuss the specific issues my scooter had, what needed to be done, realistic costs and timelines. Seriously couldn't be happier. 11/8/2024

If I could give CoastRiders Powersports zero stars, I would. My experience with this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others before they make the same mistake I did. I dropped off my motorcycle at the beginning of October, optimistic that my bike would be in good hands. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of a three-week ordeal characterized by utter neglect and infuriating communication—or rather, the complete lack thereof. Not once did I receive an update from the shop during this entire time. Every time I called for information, I was met with the snarky, condescending attitude from the owner, Rebecca. It's one thing to have a busy shop; it's another to treat customers with such blatant disrespect. When I finally did retrieve my motorcycle, my heart sank. It was apparent that my bike had been untouched. Cobwebs adorned various locations that were supposedly “worked on,” a clear indication that Rebecca's claims of her tech spending “well over an hour diagnosing” the issue were nothing more than a flimsy cover-up. The evidence was right there, mocking me. How can a shop claim to have serviced a motorcycle when it’s evident that it has been left to gather dust? The lack of communication throughout this entire process has been appalling, and the dismissive attitude of Rebecca has only added insult to injury. I expected professionalism and courtesy, especially when entrusting my valuable motorcycle to their care, but instead, I was met with eye-rolling and sarcasm. In summary, if you value your time, your motorcycle, and your sanity, steer clear of CoastRiders Powersports. Their service is non-existent, and the owner’s attitude is a disgrace to the industry. My bike deserved better, and so do you.

Took an early 2000’s Vespa ET4 that had a bad back tire in for a new one. I also mentioned that the Vespa exhaust just sounded a little off while running and asked if they could look into that. They fixed the tire and multiple other small problems on the Vespa in under 3 hours and had it running better than it has ever ran before. I truly couldn’t believe how well it was running after some professional tune ups. Price was more than reasonable for the great communication I received on the phone before bringing it in, while waiting, and following the service to understand all that was done. I currently ride a Yamaha FZ-07 but the service I received here seriously has me considering selling my bike to get a scooter so that I can match with my girlfriends Vespa! If you have a scooter/motorcycle and are on the central coast, you are in good hands with Coastriders. Finding good bike servicing can be a nightmare, but Coastriders has won my business for years to come. Thank you Chris and Rebecca!

Strong on service but they show off a wide range of bikes to purchase as well! I almost went for the 250 GTS Vespa (authorize dealer.) Then my eye caught the KLR650! I just want to ride and Coastriders made it easy, I got a Honda 150 scooter as a compromise, with only 5k and showroom perfect! (I won't tell you the price, but I got a very fair deal, and you can bet I did my research!) Not a bad selection of new and used bikes for sale, especially at the best cycle repair shop within 100 miles! With the money I saved on my scooter, I'll be back for the KLR! Two used for the price of one new? No matter, I don't have to worry about service, because why would you go anywhere else?

Was on a road trip from san diego to seattle and broke my brake lever. Nowhere in town or anywhere around had a replacement but these guys found one that fit for me. Not only that, but they had me out of there and back on the road within an hour or so. Highly recommend this shop, these are solid people!

Five star service for a five star shop. Thanks to the team here at coast riders. They have worked on my Dyna and my new Honda 450 oil changes and tires. These guys do it all. Friendly and experts. Thanks guys for all the help.
