Been going here for a few years now and they used to be great but this last experience I had was so bad I’m changing mechanics. They tried to make me buy new rotors even though they replaced them for me not even two years ago. After mention that they backed down on the new rotors but still wanted to charge 600 for a break change. They used to be so thorough with their inspections, sending me photos of every small thing that may be worth while to address. Now they send you a bill for 1200$ with no explanation. Yall need to do better.

I love these guys at Certified Auto. They take good care of me and my car. The best thing is the oil change card! There are 5 stars on it I believe. When they are filled you get a free oil change. That is great news for me because my car takes synthetic oil. It costs a little bit more to keep my car in top running order. Thank you Isaac💖

From my first phone call, to updates with the repair, to check out with the coupon which was a big savings, Certified Auto Repair was professional, Fair and did a great job. My car is happy and I was reminded what true customer service can be like. So glad I found the shop.

I like how easy it is to communicate with them via text about appointments and repair updates. I texted about brining my car in for an oil change the next morning and got a response within the hour. Friendly staff. Great experience overall. Will definitely be using again.

Worst experience ever. I’m a young college kid and my car broke down in San Luis on the way back from visiting my girlfriend. So I got it towed over to the shop and paid the shop more than $300 just to look at my truck. So they told me that it was the fuel pump that I need to fix and so I paid 1,500!!! For them to fix it which I was fine with because I just needed to get home. So after 3-4 days and paying for a hotel using all I had left in my checking. I started the car, took it back to my hotel, and when I went to start the car again it didn’t start. So after 2 hours I finally got the car to start and took it to the shop. Next day they checked it out and said there is coolant leaking in my engine after going literally a quarter of a mile down the road. I got no refunds, not even a sorry, nothingggg! Just gave me a place that could pick my truck up and take it to the junk yard. Now I have to take out more student loans just to afford rent! Thanks certified auto! Don’t go here if your a young college kid because you will get taken advantage off!
