Christian is the man, he helped me put in my battery which i was struggling with. He double checked with me to make sure everything was good to go and was very helpful and friendly. Jeremy helped out as well, thank you guys!

At 10am today the 2nd of Feb 25’ Jose M helped me tremendously by showing me the proper method to change my Halogen bulbs in my 2004 Mercedes Benz. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and very fast as well. We were done by 10:25. If you need help with your car, bring it here before you go paying a mechanic and Jose will point you in the right direction.

I would have previously called myself a loyal O'Reilly customer. However, Christian and Jeremey were incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. My over the phone experience was exceptional, I was given easy comparisons across products, in quality and price. After walking into the store today, with 4 different phone calls and at least 4 other customers waiting, Christian and Jeremey both handled themselves professionally and prioritized the customers in store while answering call after call. I waited no more than 10 minutes and was assisted to my vehicle with some heavy items. I felt confident that I received a marketable fair priced, and quality parts. Thank you so much Christian and Jeremey, I look forward to doing business with AutoZone for my future auto expenses. Excellent customer service- highly recommend!

Got a new battery, which Hannah installed and tested my alternator for me. Very knowledgeable and professional young lady, who just made my life after two days of a frustrating problem. I never leave reviews, but I couldn't say enough good things about Hannah! 😊 Store in general seems really great; Isaiah gave me wonderful phone assistance too.

We had an excellent experience at the San Luis Obispo AutoZone. Micah helped us to find the right bulb for our car, And we were able to come back to have it installed (included in the cost.) Hannah Z. Was so knowledgeable and helpful! she went above and beyond educating us on the fluid levels of our car and what we should get topped off at our next oil change. Will absolutely come back here again!

Was in recently and had the nicest associate (Jesse) help me. I needed wiper blades he helped me get the right ones and even put them on for me. Even took the time to open the door for me and even opened my car door when I was leaving. Suggestion to his boss give the man a raise he deserves one. Thank you Jesse for all your help and kindness. Went in to order some spark plugs that the website showed out of stock at the San Luis Obispo, CA store. Three employees were chatting, but a guy with a Store Manager name tag broke away and offered to help. I asked if he could order 8 Denso Iridium 3539 spark plugs. He said he couldn't find them in their system. Funny, because the name and number were right off the AutoZone website. He said that a SKU# might help. I said that I would try later. I walked out, and then realized that I could look up the SKU# with my phone. I found the website listing and walked back in. Nobody was in line, so I walked up the counter. The same three employees were back deep into a their chat. I stood there for several minutes. One of the employees started to break away but got pulled back into the internal conversation. I got very frustrated, but realized that O'Reilly Auto is only across the street. I walked over there and ordered the Denso 3539 plugs and was out within 5 minutes.
