Coachmen RV La Crosse by Camping World

My husband and I stopped in there to look at layouts and to get an idea on what we are looking for. After looking in the store at some of their floor models, we found our salesman, Kevin ( this review has absolutely to do with him) and went out to look at a used light cream color class A Jayco motor home, that came in for a roof repair but the owner claimed he didnt consent to the repair, so coachman bought it from him. We thought it was a great find for the $50,000 price tag and the roof was just redone. My husband (sitting in the captain passenger seat, noticed the ceiling was slightly bowed 😳 and upon climbing up on the roof, found the fresh roof was less than professional, if at all redone. At that point I was done completely with the store! I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking at anything here, know what to look for and go through it with a fine tooth comb.

Start out with a shout out to the main people we worked with personally. To Kevin who showed us several amazing models to find the perfect one for our family, and boy did we. To Marry in financing for helping us get the best for our money and to protect our new adventure. To Brian who helps get our camper ready for our anniversary weekend and Jole in the shop who stayed late to finish her up. It was the most amazing and best experience we have had. And everyone was so nice and helped with what ever we needed. They definitely look out for you and your camper for the long haul.

River and Mary were wonderful to work with! Communication and follow-up were excellent and they were ready for us to go pick it up before we were! Everyoneone was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the sales part was absolutely zero pressure. We got a perfect little camper for many, many family adventures and memory-making!

I made a deal at the Onalaska store and I dealt with Sales manager Brian and his assistant manager Eric , Both great guys to deal with, along with the guys in the shop. I am compleatly satisfied . Everyone was very helpful and I came away with a good feeling that I was treated very well. Also a thanks to Josh from the shop. Thanks to all the good people there..

Shady and aggressive sales tactics. Add 4k or more on "fees" after they get you sitting down working on a deal. They play with the #s too much, and not in your benefit. Manager was rude and condescending, way too pushy. Many of the lower end campers here are built extremely crappy but they'll tell you it's the best. Use caution.
