Top Notch got me in first thing in the morning when my truck was having issues. Great communication on what the issue was, accurate estimate ahead of time. Had my truck back by noon. Definitely recommend the crew at Top Notch!

I have a 2003 VW Beetle that had been sitting in a garage for several years, and I was interested in getting it back on the road. I contacted Top Notch and received a response within a day. They offered to have it towed to the shop to do an estimate. What I thought would be an expensive process turned out to be very reasonable. Once they evaluated the car, they called me to tell me what things needed to be done and to ask which I wanted to do, if any. I opted for the full repair and within a day, my Beetle was ready to go! The customer service was excellent. I would take my car there again for repairs.

After trying several other shops in the area I have to say Top Notch is my favorite. Very responsive, I had a reply in minutes and a tow truck scheduled the same morning for a tricky repair on a german vehicle. Gunner and team were very courteous and got the job done with reasonable cost and efficiency. Thanks guys!!!

Just had my daughter's car there. They were very quick and affordable. Didn't try to upsell things she didn't need. Been trying to find a respectable shop since Courtesy Care Care retired, I think I've found it. Highly recommend this place. UPDATE 9/17/24 I am now the owner of the above car. At over 200k things are wearing out. I've had the car back to Top Notch for maintenance items. They are always prompt and affordable. I picked up the car this morning after dropping it off without an appointment and getting a 24 hour turnaround. I left in a good mood because of price and service! Great work as usual.

Gunner left my kid hanging. Will never recommend them. Broke some part on my kids Honda while changing brakes. Was understanding. Then told us part was on back order still understanding. Waited, waited, waited and still waiting. Never got back to my kid or came through to correct the situation. Kid went to dealership and had part ordered and installed in a couple of days. Now hearing from others on their bad experiences with them. Never again.
