Tires Plus

We’re from out of town and came in on a Sunday with some bad car problems that needed to be fixed before driving home. Matt was extremely helpful and made sure we had a good experience here. He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we could get back on the road safely. I totally recommend this Tires Plus!

Edward went out of his way to make sure I can get to work on time. He said to me just hang out for a few minutes and I’ll run back and do it myself for you. 5 star recommend this business

🛞After stopping for dinner, we returned to our parking spot only to find one of our trailer tires completely flat. Panic set in as we were about 1,000 miles from home, but then we spotted Tires Plus on the other side of the shopping plaza—just a few minutes away from closing on a Friday night. We quickly pulled into the car wash with our RV and trailer full of bikes and rushed inside, hoping for a miracle. That's when we met Matt, who immediately put us at ease with his helpful and knowledgeable demeanor. Despite not having the right tire size in stock, Matt didn't give up. He made several phone calls, eventually tracking down the tire we needed. While I raced to pick up the tire, my husband, Matt, and Brady worked together to maneuver the RV into the shop parking lot. These two were our traveling angels, staying late on a Friday night to make sure we were safe and ready to hit the road again. Their selflessness, hospitality, and servant’s heart turned what could have been a disastrous evening into a story of kindness and dedication. We can’t thank Matt and Brady enough for going above and beyond. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by to say hi to the incredible team at Tires Plus. Had an appointment at 3. Got there early 2:45. Car did not go into bat until 4:45. Not cool. So much for an appointment. When I had places I needed to be by 530 well let’s say I did not make it on time.

Matt at tires plus has been so very helpful through our car issues. He takes his time and ensures to explain all issues for us to understand. He is very detailed and his team is very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend tires plus in Onalaska for anyone with vehicle issues and needs.
