Greased Lightning

Great service! We were told an hour wait because there were several cars ahead of us. It was probably less than 30 minutes. The workers were very friendly and professional. The free car wash that is included is a great perk! Will definitely go back.

You had an incredible team during my oil change yesterday. I was greeted with a smile when I was waiting in line for my oil change. In addition when my oil change was being conducted, a myriad of tests were done on my vehicle. The gentleman who had told me about my vehicle, seem to have good general knowledge about my vehicle, including the need for 60,000 mile transmission oil change that will be coming up in about 10,000 miles for me. His knowledge seem to extend beyond simple oil changes, which I did not expect. Also, your staff seem to use closed loop communication. I think this is very important to make sure everything gets checked off and it was utilized well throughout the oil change for various things. The staff that you had yesterday were intelligent, hard-working, worked well together and had a good system. From what I saw, They can work in any complex work environment. Congrats on a solid team.

They were great! Very professional, let me know extras if I wanted them like the tranny flush and stuff but not pushy. Extremely fast and efficient. Helped me reset my oil change warning too. I will be coming back!

Service was exceptional. Very kind and knowledgeable employees. This was my first time to this business. I will definitely be back. The care and quality of service were second to none.
