The only place I will let touch my vehicle! John is one of the most honest people I have had the pleasure to do business with! Fair pricing, & amazing work! I have NEVER had a problem with my car after they fixed it. Every where else either tells me there’s more wrong with my car than there actually is, have had problems with the same part after the fact, or they completely overcharge me. I have never had this issue with Chuck’s service center! John communicates very well and does not do anything without communicating first, I have never had a problem with overcharging, John is the only one I trust for a second opinion!

I called Chuck’s this week for a second opinion on a brake job the dealership recommended for my Subaru Crosstrek. John was able to get me in two days later and was so reassuring on the phone when I explained what my concerns were. I dropped my car off this morning, picked it up this evening (with new brakes and a battery), and the peace of mind that comes from doing business with someone who genuinely cares about the person and their car over making some extra bucks is invaluable. We have used Chuck's twice in the last year and have had great service each time. John was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. They are definitely our new go-to mechanic!

Five starts across the board, my 07 Explorer needed new exhausts sensors, belts and other odd s and ends. The shop had it done in a day and a half and everything works great! And the price is very reasonable! One of the best experiences I’ve had with an auto shop in a long time! Thank you to John and his crew for the great service!

Booked an appointment with them, they were not communicative, I had to call every time to get an update. Not recommending if your looking for your next car place. I’ve always had good experiences with car care, but here they are uncommunicative never called me once to update me, never communicated FEES until I asked to pick up my car, when I called and asked each day about information and possible charges. I got tired of waiting, so I called just pick up my car if they didn’t know what the issues were then the turnaround came and then all of a sudden there’s 3 new problems with it that they could fix and a 100 dollar diagnostic charge which was not communicated on website or via phone. This is an updated review, because The day after I got my car back, it’s still isn’t starting when needed so they didn’t even diagnose. They basically pushed me into paying $100 for nothing Or buying a starter that could maybe work. you will not get your car back swiftly. If you make an appointment that actually wont be your appointment, they’ll get to it a few days later. I don’t believe they are portrayed as the reviews say unfortunately. But initially I was more trusting when I first saw the place and the reviews. I wouldn’t recommend this place as a honest spot to trust especially if you’re a woman. UPDATE: To clarify with the owner, I want to highlight a few points: - please note all phone calls regarding updates and prices were initiated by me (but was not answered with the information I was seeking) - Initially, I only received John's number to share a video of my car malfunctioning. - It was only when I requested to pick up my vehicle due to the uncertainty of the issue that I was informed about the $100 fee and extra potential repairs. - I felt pressured to either pay a fee that wasn't disclosed upfront or to purchase an uncertain service. -The "above and beyond communication" you mentioned was only after I decided to retrieve my vehicle and it was a quick clarification of prices after that phone call because you had closed. -Please understand that sending 4-5 text messages to profit from an unresolved problem does not justify or uphold your business's integrity as honest or going above and beyond.
