I broke down with my vehicle unable to move, leaving the back end of the car partially in the road. I was happily surprised at the speed in which Rick (the tow operator) came. He was friendly and professional. I had my Goldendoodle with me and he allowed him in the cab. Rick told me he's been with the company for over 20 years. What a tremendous asset he is to Mayflower. The phone operator was also polite. For an unpleasant situation, this company made it a much better experience! If I ever need a tow again (and hopefully not any time soon), I'll call Mayflower.

I drove over a huge parking block. John and I believe his name was Rick were the guys who were dispatched to help me. They arrived within 15 minutes of me calling. They were so kind but most importantly they were so knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do and did everything to make sure my car wouldn’t be damaged. They were awesome and I highly recommend them!

Our car was towed to Mayflower after an accident. They were very efficient and cleaned the scene and got the cars out quickly. We needed to empty the car out the next day, and it was the cleanest and most organized tow yard I ever saw.

They over charge by 200% this is really just a tow company the police use. Better off using Westland car care
