Reasonable prices on parts. Not much of friendly customer service, but they get the job done. Don’t expect them to smile or say thank you or anything like that. Just a bunch of old grumpy men working there and they have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever.

Was given the wrong pads by a different napa location. Greg saved me the trouble of driving back with metal on metal brake pads to the napa I got them from that was about 30 minutes away. Had the receipt cause I had just bought them like 2 hours prior. They let me exchange for the correct pads at their location. Thanks for saving me the trip and getting me the actual correct parts for my car. 👌

Just plain rude. Zero people skills. Better know exactly what you need when you walk in, guy sitting behind the counter is extremely inconvenienced when asked any questions.

Customer service is everything. As others have reviewed, I walked in and waited by the counters for several minutes with no one acknowledging my existence at all. Yes a couple people were on the phones, but they also ended their calls and then took even more calls. Finally an older gentleman put the phone down and said can I help you, without looking at me or even in my direction. So I didn't answer him, wasn't sure who he was talking to. No idea if he was talking to me. Then the younger gentleman asked me if he could help me (and all I was doing was picking up an order.). So I said yes. Then the older gentleman looked my way and YELLED can I help you!!!!!! I said, this gentleman is helping me, thank you. I always respect my elders even when they are being rude. Long story short, this was a business purchase, and will probably be our last.

Worst service I've ever received from a parts counter. Younger guy was helping me, found what we needed that was good. Older loud guy at the first desk jumps in and wont let him order it in "we have to be sure thats it" (It was what I needed) wouldn't listen to anything I was saying, typical know it all . Then starts taking someone else's order mid conversation after I waited 15 minutes to be waited on.
