When I first ordered the part, it was supposed to arrive within less than a week because I paid for expedited shipping. It did not arrive on the day of there promise, I waited a few more days and called them, but they said the system was hacked and they were not able to do the delivery on time and we will have to wait till the system is up and running. I did wait and then called after a couple of days, and they said that I would have the part on 07/08/2024 Today's date is 07/08/2024, and I did not receive the package. No one is responding to my phone calls or emails. (I myself also have a business, but my customers are the most valuable people to me than anyone else when it comes to business. )

My experience with service was great! Sean did an amazing job setting me up with a rental that I was allowed to keep the entire time my car was being serviced. He was very kind and courteous. Was nice to be updated on the progress of my repairs as well. They got my car back to me on time. Thank you🙏😁

Brought my vehicle in on a Saturday morning for oil change and tire rotation. Waiting room was spacious, clean and comfortable with almost the whole area to myself. Plenty of space to get a little work done while I waited! The work was done as promised. The staff was very professional.

Every time I take my car in I have been experienced only kindness, efficiency and skilled employees. Travis had been extremely helpful and has gone above and beyond to help me and answer any questions. Chris had also been very nice, and caring. I know when I go here, things will be done right. I have had several Jeep and Chryslers, very consistent.

Excellent. I brought our Pacifica in for a software update, I was told it would take about 2hrs, I was out in less than 1hr! The waiting area is clean, spacious, and full of snacks and beverages! And the employees are always welcoming.
