The appointment creation online was a breeze, entering the service center was clear and easy, the gentleman receiving me upon entering the service area was polite, upbeat, and professional, the guest lounge was nicely laid out and allowed me to work while waiting plus I made a nice cup of coffee to wet my whistle. Overall the service process was efficient and professional. I am thankful for the entire team for such an easy and painless process.

Let me preface by stating my vehicle is 22 years old. What started as an oil change turned into 2 added major repairs found in the routine check-up. I was quoted a pretty high price and told it would take several hours to complete. I asked for and received a loner vehicle at no cost which allowed the repairs to be done overnight. The vehicle was ready the next day and the repairs cost 1/2 the price of the quote. My handler Nikola went above and beyond expectations finding parts and replacements for a lot less than originally available. The labor was excellent, and the vehicle was handled with care. I will continue to use and trust the dealership to maintain my aging beloved Tahoe.

Yes, they can fix some things if they get to totally replace a part that costs several hundred dollars. They can't fix my air conditioner though. I paid $150 for a diagnostic check. They charged it with a dye and I brought it back a week later so they could check for leaks. They couldn't find any leak and they said it was working. Next day it's blowing out hot desert air. Once in a while it comes on when it's not too hot out. Never works when I need it. I take it back and tell them again that it's intermittent. They give it back at the end of the day and say it works to "factory spec." Yeah, they check it inside an air-conditioned shop! Leave it out in the hot Sun all day and then tell me it works. Three trips for a day of useless service each, $150 out of my pocket and still no air conditioning. And no, I don't want new wiper blades again.

Great experience at Classic Chevrolet in Mentor. The service team provided thorough details regarding recommended maintenance for my vehicle but did not pressure me into having additional services done at this appointment. They provided quotations for these recommended services that I could have done at a later date.

I came in for an oil change in inspection of the car. Greg was my service. Representative and was just fantastic He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, covered what they were going to do. And look for the car was done ahead of schedule, just fantastic.
