This review is for Adrian Jasso about an year ago you came to this business and brought your own used parts that you purchased for your Ford. When you purchase parts from LKQ all oils are drained from parts at the LKQ. The work on your vehicle wasn't performed by this business. We did have your car here for a few days to diagnose. All seats in your car were already filthy. After we mentioned we would be not able to do that type of work need on your car, you got upset and instantly started to say that we got you seats dirty and you brought the parts in the back seat. And because we didn't want any conflicts we payed $500 to leave so you can clean your seats. We didn't do anything to your car yet alone get it dirty. And to who ever reeds Mr Jasso review it's all lies. We take good care of all our clients.

Thank you very much for putting a new radiator in my car. I got it back within hours of leaving it there. Very responsible price and WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS BUSINESS! I believe this business does not possess the proper credentials and certifications and are performing maintenance on customers vehicles. This may cause damage to vehicles and/or injury or death to owners. They also quote you on a ridiculously guesstimating scheme as well as bait you with a low price then up charge you. I didn’t want to write my whole experience here because it would’ve been a book but I hope this helps someone from some frustration. Upon picking up my car from him he left my part out of its original packing and tossed it in the back seat leaving oil all over my seats and creases on the material!!!!!

THIS IS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS. My dad recently seen all your comments and 5 star reviews. He just wanted me to let all his customer's know. Thank you for your business and trusting him too come and leave your cars with us. My dad opened this shop in 2007 and he never thought he would have this much customer's and all this business all his customer's bring him. It means a lot too him. The 5 star review is for all of you guy's as customer's. I know some of you guys personally. And you guy's have been really Cool and Respectful when you guys come too the shop. I wouldn’t even let these guys even tie my shoe laces. No professionalism or know-how is present at this establishment. If it’s anything more than an oil change and takes critical thinking, don’t even bother taking your car here…. especially if they can’t look it up on YouTube.
