I have been treated with the upmost disrespect by Bruce L. and the Audi staff. I have requested the service manager Tony and Kenny and to no avail, never spoken to either. I brought my Audi to the shop for what cost me out of pocket $2k and my Allstate warranty $3k for brakes, and calipers. It has been a nightmare. They put a caliper on my vehicle that did not match my other 3 red ones. A week later my vehicle was back making the same exact noises and having the same exact brake issues that brought me in for repairs. Bruce has treated this as if it is of no urgency to him-$5k later. I have an appointment for more than a week after I had to go up there to be taken half serious. Possibly the right gender or the right skin color can get better results here at this place of business. Otherwise don’t waste your time on these crooks. Less stress is better for the money you pay for your Audi experience in the end.! Find another Audi servicer! The owner did call me and he called with no resolution in mind. He wanted me to bring my vehicle back up there for service and not provide me with a loaner. He called me back to say the exact same thing I already heard. Just to write the review and say he called. They are crooks as I stated before. This situation has not been resolved and I stand firmly on my first review that the services at this dealership are unethical and should be avoided at all cost!

DO NOT GO HERE! Calls between you and the Service Advisors are not recorded and they can and will use anything against you. Brought my car in with a battery and alternator issue and ended up having to tow it out with a destroyed engine, have fun connecting those dots. Go to Bedford or DAP repair instead. STAY AWAY

This would get zero stars if I could.. Audi scheduled me in for a 4-wheel alignment and sensor calibration. THEY picked the day and time of my appointment.. upon arrival the excuses start as to why the 4-hour appointment I planned for will now take longer.. after 6.5 hrs they had not touched my car and kept lying about the time of completion. I finally told them to just give me the car and left, wasting the entire day. AUDI PICKED THE TIME AND DATE OF MY APPOINTMENT. A simple phone call couldve fixed this but they chose to lie and make excuses again.. I will drive double as far to never take my car back there again

Had my 2024 Q8 E-Tron in for service. Diagnosed problem, another dealership missed. Tony and Ryan, excellent customer communication and follow through. Will not go anywhere else, amazing experience!

The people at Cascade Auto are the best. The owner Michele took the time to introduce herself and congratulate me on purchasing my new Audi (Where else does the owner do that?!). Joe and the sales team were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. They made the whole process incredibly easy. I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

Have had issues here before but figured all I needed was an alignment so why not give them a call. Was quoted 599 and 4 hours because I have adaptive cruise control. Guess this place truly is nothing but crooks committing highway robbery. Go literally anywhere else. Both sales and service here are absolutely awful, amazed it stays in business since it hasn’t changed in over a decade. If you’re still around I’ll try calling next decade and hopefully things change.

Would not recommend the service department to my worst enemy. Had an appointment for middle of January. Car didn’t get looked at until end of February. Appointment was supposed to be for a particular filter but they decided I needed a $1200 thermostat before. After refusing service they said any future appointments I would need to pay for service requested upfront. I have been a customer for 10 years and have took in many cars and bought plenty of parts but unfortunately with the way Keith and Tony handle things I am going to take my business elsewhere.
