What a lifesaver!! I was visiting Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge from Va. And I had an antifreeze leak. Looked up auto services that’s open on a Sunday, after reading reviews I called Carr’s and right from the called I was greeted friendly. I was able to drive my vehicle there before running it hot. I spoke with a mechanic (sorry I can’t remember his name) he was friendly. The wait wasn’t long. He explained to me what was wrong. Gave me a price for parts. My truck was fixed, I paid them (price was reasonable) and I was on my way. Knowing that I can enjoy the rest of my vacation and feel comfortable heading back home! Thank you Carr’s for everything!!! Highly recommend!! Family owned business with great reputation and I concur!

We were on vacation (Drove from Chicago, IL to Smoky Mountains, TN) and my SUV's alternator started acting up as well as the rear sway bar broke. Carr's auto parts was great....called them on Friday morning and explained the problem. They were busy, made an exception to accommodate my needs, by making a window for my repairs. My SUV was ready by 5 pm on the same day (other places turned me away). Carrs also had a car rental available. Made a huge difference. Thank you for your honest service and fitting me into your busy schedule. You saved our vacation. I wish I could rate you 10 stars. Thanks to you and your entire team for the Southern hospitality...

My wife and I traveled from out of town and got into a potentially dangerous situation with our Honda Civic that got stuck on a very steep and narrow incline around their area. Carr’s seriously saved us big time: they were able to tow the car great despite being stuck on such a steep hill and it was 11/12 AM at night. The family that ran the place were super friendly and understanding of our situation. The passenger side axel had busted and knew for sure it be an expensive fix. Instead, it wasn’t as expensive as we were bracing ourselves for at all. Thank you guys so much for saving us money, time, and getting us out of a risky situation. A huge blessing for my wife and I! You guys made our vacation better than it could have been.

I was in the middle of a road trip from Texas and on New Years Day my car was having problems. I stopped by and it turned out to be my catalytic converter and some other issues that could have been a whole lot of money. They were very honest and told me what I could to to make sure the car would make it back to Texas safe and sound and fix the minimum amount. Got the work done in one day and finished the trip without having any issues!

These guys worked had and searched hard to find the quickest fix for our car they new we were stuck and did not take advantage. They have rentel cars for a good price and discounts worked out at a local hotel if you need to extend your stay.
