We were greeted by Brian at the entrance. He was awesome! Very personable and kind. He answered our questions and had us smiling as we pulled up to the bay. Service was good and fast. I used to drive to the Newport location to avoid the crowds but I will visit the Sevierville location for our automotive needs from now on.

While on vacation, we noticed a bubble in my tire. I checked online for an appt and the exact tire that I needed. The exact tire I needed WAS IN stock at this time. I tried to book through Walmart app but was receiving an error message. I decided to call and book an appt. The lady on the phone was very friendly and polite however I offered her the exact tire brand and information but she stated she did not need it. The reason I offered this was to make sure the tire would be there for our appt. She only asked for the color of my vehicle and no other information. The appt time was for the next day at 1pm, right in the middle of the day on our last day of vacation so we planned our day around this. Only to arrive for our scheduled appt at 1pm told be told they have NO tires that will fit my Jeep. What is the point of making an appt per their rules “ at least 4 hours “ in advance.. if they do not check stuff like this before you arrive. Completely unacceptable. This tire was very much needed before our 13 hour ride home. So after all of this, I left Walmart with no new tire and luckily was able to be squeezed in at Firestone.

Had an oil change and new battery six weeks old tested and it tested bad! TJ helped me at another Walmart to get this battery replaced. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me telling me what to say when the other Walmart didn’t want to replace battery! Very fast and friendly service at sevierville Walmart auto center! Could not have asked for better!

I usually don’t like to put 1 star on my reviews but today is definitely necessary , I completely understand the situation with needing employees but not need to be rude , I had an appointment scheduled for tires installation today and a man came to me saying sorry but we can’t help you I don’t have any appointments registered How could you say something like this without checking first? , I told him please check under my name and he said I don’t even have your tires here so I showed him the Walmart app on my phone and he said sorry I can’t help you go to customer service, it did not make any sense at all , so I went and check with customer service and my tires were there , came back outside and park on the lines since the man from customer service told me to do that , the old man came to me again and said , I already told you we can’t help you out , I was in shock I very angry with this man so I went inside grab my tires and took it somewhere else , horrible service to be hones , I woke up very early driving 40 min for nothing.

I had an unbeatable oil change, in service and in price! The secret is to make an appointment on the app or website first. Brian is one of the coolest dudes I've met at Walmart, so you're in luck if you are greeted by him. I might have gotten really lucky, but I was in and out in 30 minutes for a noon appointment and paid half of what I thought I would have to. I travel between states a lot, and the experience here blew me away.
