Gordon, Alex, and Dylan were very helpful and professional to work the process with us to replace all four tires and get us back on the road in a timely manner. Highly professional and honest shop. First the technician did not know white wall out vs. mixing black and white in and out and I had to point this out. They had to bring the truck back in to fix. Then after coming home, I noticed that my rims were damaged and the clear coat was scratched and damaged in multiple areas on every wheel. Then, checking tire pressure, one dually has now a rubber stem vs the factory steel stems I bought the truck with. Not sure I can go back and get this resolved as I left the shop before noticing the horrible work and damage to my my truck. On top of that, I brought my wife’s Subaru Outback with the 6 cylinder and that tech put the wrong filter on. Once again, they had to bring the car back in and redo the oil change. Never going back and now have damage to my wheels on my truck

We were in from out of town and we stopped in to see if they could get us in to diagnose a tire that had lost 7 lbs of pressure overnight. The other three tires showed consistent readings. They got us in, found a bolt in the tire, fixed it in less than an hour. I feel better making the 5 hour drive in the morning, especially for the price to correct the issue

While we’re not always keen to find ourselves at a Firestone, my family and I have always been helped with superior customer service and very nice people. Gordon and Mack were very kind and helpful, and were quick to remedy the issue with my car, as well as helping me understand what exactly was wrong. Truly recommend Firestone and this location!

Went in for an oil change and they were very thorough. Topped off all my fluids, put air in all my tires and they also let me know the condition of my tires. They didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need and that was a welcomed surprise. Will definitely be going back in the future.
