I previously posted about damage done to my vehicle while at CarMech. In addition to the rear hatch, the catalytic converter has been removed and parts removed from underneath the hood for the diagnosis were just left in the car. Bolts were left in the driver side floor . At this point, with the hatch damage, catalytic converter removed and engine left in a partially dismantled state - only thing I can do is sell the car for parts or junk the car. Logan can be so friendly when he thinks you are getting repairs there, if you elect not to get the repairs made after the diagnostic or in my case buy a 20+ year old multi-colored subaru from him - he can be very intimidating and unprofessional.

my favorite trustworthy mechanic! Logan is knowledgeable on so many levels, and has come thru for us many times, many vehicles, for many years. :-) such a good guy and we love him!

I've been taking my car to Logan and the fine folks at Carmech of Asheville for YEARS. They're the most honest, upfront, competent and affordable mechanics who take the time to explain the issues and the fixes. Every time I've had work done on my car, the bill is always lower than I expect. I highly recommend working with these guys.

I had taken my older Montero Sport to three separate mechanics prior to Carmech. Two of those shops my car left worse than when I brought it in and the third refused to work on it. The guys at Carmech were so nice and helpful, and got my vehicle fixed quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain a lot of the repairs to me in depth, and my car is now driving even better than when I bought it. 10/10 would recommend and will be bringing all of our vehicles to them in the future!

It's really hard to find good mechanics you can trust with your vehicle, especially when you're a female. I've had people screw me over in the past but not this place. Logan and Bobby are amazing guys and will always try to get you the best possible prices for parts and labor. I had been to several mechanics before finding this place a couple years ago, and these are the best mechanics in Asheville and the most trustworthy dudes I've had the pleasure of knowing. I can always count on them for whatever it is my car needs. Carmech gets 5 stars from me!
