Great shop! Pat is awesome and will help you out with whatever parts you need! Most dealers won't work on anything they didn't sell so it's hard to even get a tire changed nowadays. Pat sells tires (he'll probably beat that online price) and will mount them for you if you bring him the wheel, off the bike. Tons of parts and bits and bobs!

This is a great little shop that has everything you need for riding. The guy that runs the place is super helpful and very knowledgeable. They offer store credit cash-back on purchases which makes their prices pretty competitive.

Best selection of motorcycle gear around! I also found out they do tire changes too. They even have motorcycle tools and can order replacement parts. Just picked up these heated gloves so I can ride in winter now 😝. Definitely check this place out!

Tried to return 2 helmets still in the box with the tags on them brand new never wore and had a receipt. Staff quickly stated that they didn’t accept returns. So I would say customer service isn’t really top priority there compared to a large box store. I’m assuming this is a small business and that would be the only reason for my receipt not meaning anything. I recommend going somewhere else for better service. ***update to the worried owners post*** As I said new and still in the box with tags never worn. Best motorcycle gear selection around, doesn't sell bikes so he's not trying to get you on a payment plan. He knows his stuff and chances are has what you need. Also has a loyalty program, prices are good

Reasonably good selection and prices. However, not a customer centric ethos as demonstrated by thier return policy. No refunds, even on new in the box gear that was never worn and purchased 2 days earlier. Only store credit. No slander here, just the facts.

CycleBitz is the best. Excellent selection in the shop, but if Pat doesn't have something on hand, he can get it in for you in a few days. It's such a pleasure to patronize a small business, where you know the owner and can see how much he cares. Great store. Great guy.
