I received a good reference from a friend that Capital Transmission was one of the best,I called prior to having my vehicle delivered, they (Capital Trans) stated bring it in,and we will call you with in 2-3 days..Its been 5 days, I called on the 3rd day, they stated they would get back to me that evening..Nothing..the only reason Im giving them any stars is because of the recommendations by my friend..bad business people. Really all they had to say when I called was,Sorry were swamped were 2 to 3 weeks out,which is understandable..at that point I could of called another shop in the area...Towing can get expensive.!!

I had a great experience working with these folks to get my transmission replaced. They answered all of my questions (without being patronizing) including letting me know that I had some time before I needed to get the repair done, they offered a range of pricing options for used transmissions, and they took care of the work promptly when I did bring my car in to get it done. I felt like they went above and beyond at each step. I hope I don’t have any more transmission problems so I’d rather not go back myself :) but I’d recommend them to anyone else needing work done!

I highly recommend this place! They are so knowledgeable, affordable, and honest about prices. They were very communicative and even explained to me exactly how the part that I needed worked. Jim is great and runs an amazing shop. Definitely go here if you need car or transmission repair!

Wow, I can't remember the last time I felt as good about a car repair as when I went here. Jimmy was easy to reach and work with, and I was able to schedule the repair for the next day and wait for it to be done. Jimmy actually drove to Honda to get my part after his parts supplier / delivery guy failed him. I was charged less than half of what the dealer was charging to replace a transmission oil pressure switch and it was done in about 50 minutes after I pulled in. Why does Honda say it will take a highly trained Honda technician 90 minutes to unscrew and change a sensor when it only took Capital Transmission about 30 minutes of repair time? Its great to find an honest repair shop these days.
