The customer service from Makayla was excellent but as far as the repairs done on the vehicle it was definitely disappointing to say the least. My truck was supposed to be ready last week prior to me picking up the truck I realized that a part of the bumper wasn’t fully intact and the paint job was not very well either and upon further inspection I noticed that they had pressure washed some of my paint off. Makayla had them to repaint the areas where the paint came off and had them try to correct the paint job by buffing it but it still looks terrible and not to mention how they left trash in the back of my truck which is totally unacceptable. I do not recommend this Caliber for any repairs to say the least.

Caliber Collision in Waxhaw, NC, did a very good job with repairs to my vehicle. Communication was very good throughout the repair process and my vehicle was ready one day ahead of schedule. My vehicle was clean and ready to go when promised and it has been working well, I do not anticipate needing to return for any additional work. They were very thorough in finding that needed to be repaired.

Monday Feb 17, 2025 My vehicle was left with Caliber Collision. Wednesday, Feb 19, 2025 Heather set completion date for Mar 7, 2025. Wednesday, Mar 5, 2025 Heather moved the completion date to Mar 21, 2025. Friday, Mar 21, 2025 (it took 32 days to complete) I was notified at 421PM that my vehicle will be ready for pick up at 515PM. I was given less than an hour to stop what I was doing, drive to Caliber and get my vehicle. Due to short notice and late afternoon traffic, I didn’t get there until 520PM. I drove my vehicle home. While driving I heard metal to metal rattling. Sounded like mechanic’s tools were left someplace in the vehicle and they were rattling around. Tuesday, Mar 25, 2025 I called Caliber to report the problem. Manager Chrissy asked if I could come back to Caliber on Mar 26 @ 10AM to have the rattle diagnosed and fixed. THIRTY-TWO DAYS LATER - Wednesday, Mar 26, 2025 I arrived at CC at 10AM. I told the “Front Desk Lady” that I had a 110AM appointment with Chrissy. “Front Desk Lady” told me Chrissy was not there – left due to family emergency. Chrissy arranged to have the ProTech Technician who carried out the suspension repair work to be there at 10AM hoping to fix the problem while I was there. The “Front Desk Lady” told me that Heather would be taking Chrissy’s place. I told the “Front Desk Lady” that I would go out to my vehicle and wait for the ProTech Technician and Heather to join me for the road test. Next thing I waw was Heather came out of the building and walking quickly to her black Nissan Armada SUV which was parked right next to me. She paid no attention to me. She didn’t explain what was happening. She just drove off. I called “Front Desk Lady” to ask what was happening. I was told that Heather had to leave due to a family emergency. “Front Desk Lady” told me to come back in to give her the key so that someone could take my vehicle out on the road to listen for the rattle. I told the Front Desk Lady that I would not bring the key in because I wanted to drive the Aviator to demonstrate the rattle. The Front Desk Lady hung the phone up on me. Next thing I knew was that the ProTech repairman came out, identified himself, and got in the Aviator so I could demonstrate the rattle. He heard it, he thought he knew what the problem was, we drove back to CC, I gave him the key, he took it into the shop and at 1105AM he came to me, said it’s all fixed, and gave me the key. I think that Chrissy should have notified me that she could not be present when I came in at 10AM and that Heather G would take care of me in her absence. I think that the “Front Desk Lady” should have been briefed about what was going on so she could have understood why I was there and what was to be done and how it was to be done. I think that “Front Desk Lady” needs a crash course in business etiquette. Her behavior besmirches the reputation of Caliber Collision. I think that Heather G needs to attend a crash course in business etiquette. Her behavior was inexcusable and it besmirches the reputation of Caliber Collision.
