I had a commercial account with this store for 24 years. In April NAPA corporate took over and canceled my account. Zero warning. I reached out several times, email, phone, in person, to get it reinstated ZERO response. Small shops not welcomed any more it seems.... and then the AI generated response wanting to know what i just said in the review says it all.

The service here is awesome. The gentleman behind the counter and installed a new battery for me. He went to great care to clean the terminals, the battery tray and the general area, and then anti-corrosion-treated the whole works. Awesome attitude.

I was on my way to another auto parts store when I saw this one. I never noticed it before. The inside is not as shiny and spacious as the others, but they have everything you need. A very helpful woman there not only got me the right wiper blades but put them on. I definitely will be going back.

Compared to the other two auto parts stores down the street, NAPA staff were ready and capable to answer questions. NAPA also had parts the other two didn't carry ( which I learned after searching through the other stores because those sales people had no idea what I was asking for). Wish I had gone to NAPA first and saved myself an hour.
