Caliber Collision

Quality of service and turnaround time was surprisingly fast. I test drove my car after it was returned and found no further issues. Lifetime warrantee makes any additional issues that arise a breeze with no additional fees. It may take 3 or 4 returns to completely fix your ride but just bear with the process. No shop is perfect, however this Caliber Collision shop was excellent. I highly recommend it.

Took the car last week, Sept 17th, just for a simple preliminary quote and I was told that they will email the quote to myself and to AAA. Had to bug a couple days later because the quote was never sent. So I called I was put on hold and told that they will send it over right away and still it has never come to my inbox the communication is terrible. Going to take the car somewhere else to see if the communication is better so I can get my daughter's car fixed.
