My first time, I found Jorge Alonso online because of the exceptional reviews I decided to take my daughter's car to them. The service and honesty level sure passed my expectations. I was both texted and emailed regularly to communicate. I got a full report of all the issues the car has and the urgency of the issue. I was not pressured whatsoever to fix all that was recommended. Overall a wonderful experience. The reviews really helped me in finding my mechanic shop as long as I live near Oceanside. Thank you to Jorge's entire team.

Totally amazed by the level of service I received from Jorge and his awesome Team. I took my car in for an alignment as a walk in without an appointment. The front desk attendant was very helpful and accommodating. And Jorge and his Team was able to get the alignment done on time and under budget. Totally impressed by the level of care and support and service provided. So satisfied that I will continue to take my car to Jorge henceforth. And to top it all off, the auto service facility was clean and extremely comfortable making it pleasant during my time of waiting for my car to be serviced. Jorge and his team are the best! If ever I had a problem or worry with my car I drop it off and I receive a thorough list of maintenance needed and the plan to do so moving forward or I receive the all is good text response after an oil change and inspection. I trust this team with my vehicle and hence my life. Honest, fair and priced accordingly, I'm thankful to of been referred to him years ago and my whole family sees Jorge now from my grandparents to my siblings. He is truly our family mechanic.
