Where do I even start?! From the start to the finish, these guys were professionals. A nice lady checked me in, KV went above and beyond through out the whole process and Ralph took care of me on the way out. I was stressed out about an accident that happened through no fault of my own but was beyond relieved to see my car good as new when I got it back. Thank you guys!!

Had backed into a pole i couldn't see and put a dent in my rear quarter panel. Filed a insurance claim and this place was where they sent me I dropped off the car they gave me messages almost daily keeping up on news for my car. They had finished it relatively fast for body work and also went above and beyond to replace parts when not needed. They also offer a lifetime warranty witch is great to customers who may not be fully satisfied. Highly recommend if you need body work done!

My experience with Crash Champions was over the top. They updated me every day in a text, from day one and I got my car out on the day they promised me from the very beginning. Can’t say enough good about Crash Champions, Oceanside.

Highly recommend this collision center! I went estimate shopping and this place wins, because : 1. Most professional costumer service, no upselling!! 2. ALL other (4!) Collision Centers had quoted my Sentras repairs at $5000-5700 (even considering aftermarket parts and "repairing instead replacing") !!! Crash Champions quoted me 2k less !!! 3. Regular updates regarding the vehicles repair status. 4. The repairs have been completed fast & results are amazing! 5. They have always been reachable and tremendously helpful! Thank you SO MUCH for making my red racer beautiful again. She's as good as new!

It’s been a year since our minor accident and thru our insurance we got our car totally repainted by this group. Ben is an outstanding person to work with and their work is excellent. Our nine year old car looks completely new.

The tech who did my car,did a fantastic job and he was super nice the painter did a great job my car was like it was before I brought it in so I was pleased. The customer service was lacking I stood around and waited for a while before they even addressed me and the person who checked me in was really rude too

I don't even know where to start necessarily because of the sheer amount of things that went wrong from the get-go. I dropped off my van for them to look at the front and passenger side and give me an estimate. It took them over 3 weeks and I had to argue with them to give me an estimate based off of what I said I wanted to be repaired in my van and not what Geico would approve to look at; as it is my van and I wanted the estimate that I wanted. This required zero dismantling and other repair shops wrote up estimates within 5 minutes and not even dropping it off! This should have taken no more than a day or two if they really had to take a deeper look at the vehicle but instead I was without my van for over 3 weeks! It took 4 days past when they said it would be ready.... And I immediately noticed that my bumper was sagging and I opened the hood to find that they it was missing bolts they had taken out! I received it in worse condition than when I dropped it off! Why?! I ensured to inform them that I am not going to have them repair my vehicle (I was actually clear on this from day one that I only wanted an estimate and I give them no permission to do any repairs whatsoever or even try and request money from Geico for potential repairs) and they try to charge me for looking at it out of pocket. Only to be reminded that Geico already paid them.... and that they clearly need to refund the full repair difference because I definitely wouldn't trust them to pump my gas, let alone touch my van. For clarity, they sought out to get the full repair bill on their own and Geico somehow complied despite the fact that I told Geico and this place that that shouldn't happen no matter what because once again I was dropping it off for an estimate and absolutely everyone tried to take that control away instead of hearing how uneasy I was with this process would begin with. Geico wouldn't accept the estimates from other companies that were all in agreement of the bulk of repairs.... As you can plainly see it and it would only go up from there.... Which didn't need to happen at all as the value totalled it out with absolutely any of them to begin with. I came here because GEICO trusted them and there are good reviews..... Wow is that misplaced. Absolutely love that they proved exactly what I was afraid of in that they have held on to over 6 grand in funds that was never theirs for almost 6 months now and I never authorized them to receive such a check in the first place. I only discovered today that that is what was holding up me receiving payment for my damages to begin with. Management here seems to wish to strong arm people into believing that you can't handle your insurance claim on your own and that you have to follow their process instead of the normal one that has been tried and true and didn't utilize themselves as a middleman. The insurance price and the cash price shouldn't be any different, what a scam. They should have immediately known they wasn't their money from our conversations as well as the fact I never dropped the van back off.... this is fraud yet likely will never be enforceable.

I give them five stars because they were helpful. They kept me very informed. They treated me like a human being. Some of the guys were super cute. Not my fault anyways I think you would enjoy going to them for any car repairs. I have nothing negative to say.
