They literally are scammers… how are you going to charge to change someone’s axles and then not say there was no point of fixing it or getting services done, when the vehicle isn’t no longer able to function properly… how unethical. I’d highly recommend going to a local mechanic instead of these “chain/corporate” shops.

Ive had two great experiences with Brake Masters that impressed me. First, they replaced my front brakes in April with fair pricing and excellent service. They took the time to explain everything clearly. As a young woman with no auto experience, I really appreciate their honesty. Since it can sometimes be intimidating to come to an auto shop. I returned in January with some brake squeaking, which they quickly identified the issue as brake dust and cleaned it free of charge. This kind of honest, straightforward service is why I trust them and will always return for any future brake work.
