AutoZone Auto Parts, located at 8010 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89123, USA, is a prominent establishment that serves as a vital resource within the "Auto Repair Stations" platform category. While primarily recognized as an auto parts retailer, its classification as an "Auto Repair Station" reflects its comprehensive support for vehicle maintenance and repair, extending beyond just selling parts to providing valuable services and advice. With direct contact available at (702) 361-2282 and a mobile contact at +1 702-361-2282, this AutoZone branch is a readily accessible destination for both professional mechanics and do-it-yourself (DIY) enthusiasts in the Las Vegas community. Its role encompasses not only supplying a vast array of automotive products but also empowering customers with the knowledge and basic assistance needed for vehicle upkeep.

The environment of an AutoZone Auto Parts store is typically designed for functionality, ease of navigation, and customer convenience. Upon entering, customers can expect a well-organized retail space with clearly labeled aisles showcasing a wide variety of auto parts, accessories, tools, and chemicals. The store's layout is intended to make it easy for customers to find specific items, whether it's a replacement part for a particular vehicle make and model or general maintenance supplies. The atmosphere is generally bustling but efficient, with staff members often available on the sales floor to assist customers. Beyond the retail area, many AutoZone locations have designated service counters where customers can get advice, inquire about parts, or utilize free services like battery testing and charging. The overall environment aims to be practical, informative, and accessible, fostering a sense of support for individuals tackling their vehicle's needs. Cleanliness and a systematic approach to inventory management are common characteristics, ensuring a positive shopping and service experience.

AutoZone Auto Parts offers a diverse range of services and goods, aligning with its role as an "Auto Repair Station" that supports both direct repairs and the DIY community. The primary offering is a vast inventory of auto parts for various vehicle systems, including brakes, engine components, suspension, steering, electrical, heating and cooling, and exhaust. This includes everything from spark plugs and oil filters to more complex assemblies like alternators and starters. They also stock a wide selection of accessories, such as car care products, interior and exterior enhancements, and mobile electronics.

Beyond selling parts, AutoZone provides several complimentary services that directly contribute to its "Auto Repair Stations" classification. These often include:

  • Free Battery Testing and Charging: A crucial service for diagnosing and resolving common starting issues, as highlighted by the customer review mentioning battery replacement.

  • Free Check Engine Light Diagnostics: Using OBD-II scanners to read trouble codes, helping customers identify potential issues before visiting a mechanic for full repair. This empowers customers with information to make informed decisions.

  • Free Wiper Blade and Headlight Bulb Installation: As mentioned in the customer review, staff often assist with basic installations, which can be a significant convenience for many customers.

  • Loan-A-Tool Program: Allowing customers to borrow specialized tools for automotive repairs, significantly reducing the cost barrier for DIY projects.

  • Waste Oil Recycling: Providing a convenient and environmentally responsible way for customers to dispose of used motor oil.

These services, combined with their extensive product offerings, make AutoZone an integral part of the local automotive repair ecosystem, bridging the gap between full-service repair shops and individual vehicle owners.

AutoZone Auto Parts Customer Reviews

Pere was fantastic. I had to get my battery replaced but the warranty was never registered correctly. Pere made sure to register the warranty prior to installing the battery, and even checked afterwards to make sure it was active. Went the extra mile and that's highly appreciated! Thank you a ton.

Martin H helped me put my lightbulb late night as they were closing. Also gave me advice to get a brighter bulb since my tinted windows and older car don’t shine as bright. I offered money and or something from the store but he declined. Very professional and obviously courteous.

This is a good store but today I went in to buy 2 tools (about $40) and the line was 5 people long with only 1 employee helping customers with parts, not checking. One other employee was obviously avoiding customers, trying to look busy away from the cash register. One employee was in the back on the phone. Everyone complains that local stores are going out of business but when I try to buy there, the employees convince me that I should have ordered on Amazon. Today I left the tools on a shelf and walked out, am now ordering on Amazon. How much longer will this store be in business? Do better while you still can.

I had the pleasure of working with Donald today. Him and his staff are professional and great at what they do. I hope company policy can allow staff members to be tipped in the future because customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend Donald and his team for any auto service needs.

Arrived at AutoZone at approximately 1715 hours, searching for an oil filter wrench. Upon entering the business, where I was the only customer inside the store at the time. I was not greeted nor acknowledged. I walked down a couple of aisles. When I made my way to the front, the female associate of "manager" wearing the grey shirt looked at me for a second and asked, "What are you looking for?". We live in a world of perception. I'm very big on common respect and service. The associate looked at me as if she was either having a bad day, disgruntle, or having an opinion that I'm not going to specify on this post. However, another associate was willing to help me find what I've been looking for for the past 48 hours. This associate was able to communicate properly and provided me with excellent customer service. However, if this type of customer service was done initially, I would not be writing this review in a negative light. Being in a leadership position, I expected better from the female associate, especially representing a well-known business like AutoZone.
