I had the worst service experience at this BMW dealership, and I will not be returning. I dropped my car off for a routine oil change, expecting a quick and easy service. Instead, I ended up waiting 3 days before I was notified that my car was ready for pickup. An oil change should never take that long, and the lack of communication from the service team was incredibly frustrating. When I finally arrived to pick up my car, I had to wait nearly an hour outside before they brought it out. What I saw next was even worse: the staff was driving other cars recklessly out of the lot, which was unprofessional and concerning. To top it off, the oil change notification light was still on when I got into my car. I brought it up to a worker, and they assured me it would be fixed. I waited an additional 15 minutes, only to leave with the light still on, completely unsatisfied. The issue was never addressed properly.Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to resolve the issue have left me completely disappointed. I feel overcharged and scammed. I will never return to this dealership for service again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. Very disappointed.

Car service is pretty on point but the waiting room and amenities are below average. Especially, when the average price of a car is $60k+. Maybe, get a phone booth or two so people can take calls in there while waiting for their car.

The service advisors are professional when signing you in and making sure you are fully informed of the repair status of the vehicle. The parts department could improve their communication practices both with customers and internally to match the level of professionalism displayed by the other departments and BMW's standards for efficiency.

My experience at this location is not great! I dropped my car there after hours via tow truck due to error message, which disable the car from been able to start. At 730am a technician called me to tell me the cost of the diagnostic report. I call at 1130am to check the status and he informs me its in que and I have to wait for the car that were schedule to go first. As I hang up i get my diagnostic video. I then had to ask for the cost, but while i waited for a response I call back for the cost, he provided and then sent me the cost sheet thereafter. At 1:20 he informed me he would get me a loaner after approval. He calls me at 3pm and tells me they close at 5pm and I need to get there before then to get a car. I informed him i live an hour away and on a holiday weekend it would take me an hour and half to get there after trying to get a ride. He said ok well we close at 5pm. I also express its important for me to get a car as I need transportation to work. After waiting for an Uber for 30mins, I knew I was cutting it close. So i call back to inquire again on when they closed as the post hours stated 6pm. The young lady who answered the phone told me 6pm. I express to her I had anxiety and nervousness in fear of not been able to make it there on time. Her response was oh he just wanted to ensure we don't have people coming in because we are trying to leave at 6p.m. For the cost of BMW vehicles there customer service at this location is below industry standards. I am very disappointed and hope I never have a situation where I have to use that location again.
