TERRRIBLE, THEY ARE RACIST, I CALLED HE LITERALLY HUNG UP IN MY FACE, do not go here evolution garage is so much better go there. The first thing they say online is they do batteries, I call about a battery and he says he WILL NOT do it ….odd

Pat is the nicest mechanic in Bala Cynwyd! I continue to come back due to the great customer service and can fit you in quickly to get you back on the road. We all have been there were your check engine comes on, you get a flat, funny noise, so it is nice to have Pat as a trusted resource and give your a fair price!

Not a good experience. I was told I would needs rear brakes @ $290 plus new tires 2X $180 each to pass inspection. I buy tires at COSTCO so I sent my wife to have them installed there intending to return for the rest of the work. COSTCO assured my wife that the tires were good and had at least 10K more wear, likely way more. Suspicious I told her to stop at another Inspection station were the car was passed on both things for a total cost of $58. When I returned to Pat's I was treated rudely and ignored by him and his mechanics. I suppose they were embarrassed to be caught the way the were. I made no fuss but simply left. I replaced my owners card and insurance card for $10. Very disappointing experience. I can not recommend this place to anyone of my family and neighbors. Shame on them.

Absolute all stars. I got a flat at the Wawa down the road at the start of a road trip, and they took me in and fixed me up within minutes. The waiting room had AC and a fun film rolling, and the staff were lovely and helpful. I can't recommend enough. Pats truly is superior!
