Oh thank goodness we found Helix! I've had my mini cooper since 2015; the last 3 experiences at Mini of the Mainline were horrible; they overcharged us for services, (charged us $265 for a diagnostic fee for my driver side speaker, after I told the dealership it sounded off and made a rattling noise); were 2 days late for my appt for an oil change (I ended up going back and asking for a loaner) and only fixed the back part of my breaks when I asked for front AND back. Mini of the Mainline ended up finding nothing wrong with my speaker. Completely aggravated and lost, I googled Mini service shops and found Helix. Immediately when I called, I spoke to Tim, who was super helpful and friendly. I was able to bring my car into the Helix shop less than 2 days, and even blared my horrible club music in his ear at 9 am, to show him the rattling sound my speaker as making. He was 99% sure he knew what happened. He was able to fix my speaker and gave me recommendations on future services on my car (ends up, my front brakes didn't need to be replaced after all.. only for another 3,000 miles). I couldn't recommend Helix enough; they are super friendly, follow-up, and give a honest opinion. Thank you Helix!

I came here after a VERY pricey trip to MINI of Mt Laurel and WOW, I was extremely pleased with the service I got. I roginlally brought it in with some concerns the dealership had highlighted and added a PA Inspection. However, the assured me that there were no issues warranting service and saved me literally hundred of dollars that I would have spent elsewhere. I needed to drop my MINI off after work and the night drop was a little tricky to find. However, once you get back behind the building, parking was ample and the night drop box was easy to use. If you have a MINI or BMW, you will want to go here over any other local shop for service or upgrades. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of their staff. The fact that they were willing to be honest with me about the service my car actually required speaks volumes. Highly recommended.

1991 BMW E30 325i owner. I brought in the car for a coolant issue. Isaiah at Helix identified that the coolant thermostat housing was corroding, so they ended up replacing it with a few surrounding hoses. Now the car doesn't smell like coolant. Definitely bringing the BMW back for more fixes.

Great shop for my '04 MINI Cooper S. They did a full inspection upon my purchase of the car and remedied all of the deferred maintenance and corrected mechanical problems that weren't so obvious. Tim and the crew really know the nuances of this car, and frankly I wouldn't have bought the car if they weren't around. Best shop around for this MINI. Completely satisfied.
