I hear good things about the products but unfortunately unable to complete the order and test for myself. I placed an order and the status hasn't changed from "processing." When I reached out all they said was to check my banking information because payment was never received even thought a "payment received" confirmation was sent from them. The organizations communication is terrible, they lack the very basics in customer service and I do not recommend doing business with them directly. My review was acknowledged immediately and I will be updating it based on my satisfaction of their resolution. I hope I can change the 1 star to a 5. July 25 update I have finally received my order from July 2nd and the product works as it should. I couldn't be happier with the functions, quality, price and ease of installation of the product. I am still disappointment in the customer service which is a direct result in getting my order late. In other cases where poor customer service is the issue, usually the vendor makes up for it with overnight shipping, or a discount or an apology, etc. I will recommend their products, but if there is an option to purchase elsewhere, I would.

I have purchased 4 Honda compatible interfaces since 2008 from Blitzsafe and I have been extremely happy with the simplicity of installation, the sound quality, and longevity. My satisfaction is magnified by the customer service and tech support offered. For instance, Melanie is always friendly and has extensive knowledge of the product line – including disclosure of any ancillary items that may be needed for installation. If there were questions during the installation, Alex has always been a tech support lifesaver!! He was also very helpful when he recently suggested a mounting location for the microphone button of the BlitzBlue G2R. I am looking forward to seeing what’s next in their cutting edge product lineup!

I have purchased 4 Honda compatible interfaces since 2008 from Blitzsafe and I have been extremely happy with the simplicity of installation, the sound quality, and longevity. My satisfaction is magnified by the customer service and tech support offered. For instance, Melanie is always friendly and has extensive knowledge of the product line – including disclosure of any ancillary items that may be needed for installation. If there were questions during the installation, Alex has always been a tech support lifesaver!! Terrible communication. They send 4 emails on cyber Monday confirming my purchase, but not 1 telling me the product I ordered is on backorder. After two weeks I call them to confirm I will get product before Christmas, they assure me I will. Received product Dec 26. Quality of product is horrible for price. Shop elsewhere!
