Best One Fleet has always been there to help me, even for my minimal spend with them. Replaced my RV wheels a few years back at a very reasonable price & timeframe. 2 years later, a valve on one tire failed (one of the dual inner wheels) & didn’t notice till my buddy & I were leaving town for our epic college football trip. Showing up in announced & needing quick help, they jumped on it late in the day on a Thursday & got us fixed & back on the road inside of 1 1/2 hours! Last week, a tire on my tractor was flat yet again, as the bead continued to fail. Didn’t want to spend the $$ on a new tire so they threw in a tube for less than $40. & that was after they reseated the tire twice this past summer for no charge. The simple idea of utilizing their labor force when slow (while they were already there & being paid) to give a “freebie” creates an insanely loyal customer for life.

We took a F550 to the South Bend location in January for an oil leak. After multiple times of taking it back to have items fix that were errors on the shops part. Broken injectors, broken wires, cracked return lines, error codes. The South Bend location told us we had to take it to the mishawaka location. They took 5 weeks to even look at it. Got it back again and it was still not fully operational. We had to hire another shop to get the truck running correctly. We just got it back yesterday 11-17-20201. We took it in January of 2021.

Tried to charge me 600 labor on a brake chamber vale. They change for gas , 110 for coming out and a 2 hour minimum at 110 an hour.thats 330 before the they get to you. Then add 1$ a mile. I would like to know what the 330 is for if we have to pay gas and miles. They did get me running so that’s a plus and took 1 hour of labor off. Just so many surcharges.

had a blow out on a drive and because i was in dire straights the price was really high. i'd bought a complete set of drives a few years ago up in holland and the price was fair. its like blood in the water to a shark when these places know you really need help. my trailer was empty so i limped it up to michigan and got a good used tire put on for $100 or so

incredible staff they attended me quickly and gave me a solution to my problem. It had been broken for a week and after going through several workshops I found the best. thanks guys

Nothing nice to say about this place. Would never take my vehicle there. Unfortunately my company takes the trucks there for service. They damaged my truck and lied about it. They pencil whip the service. One truck went in with tail light out and check engine light on. Came back the same way.

Know who you're dealing with here: saw one of their vehicles today with a big ol Trump sticker on the window. Guy drove like an asshole too.
