They just replaced a rear main seal for me. I couldn't think of a complaint if I tried. Quality folks.

First timer at Lab Auto. I took our 2009 Lexus into Lab auto and asked for a complete vehicle review and to let me know what all was needed (for my daughter to take the car to NYC and so that I could rest assured that the car would be reliable for her!). It was sort of like a blank check- ha ha. Larry was thorough and came back with complete recommendations. But surprisingly the list or work was not that long; the work was done and at very reasonable costs. Lab Auto was honest and transparent with me, which in the auto repair industry frequently is not the norm. We will return our other vehicles to Larry, they have our business.!

These are just really good people. Explained everything. No pressure. Decent prices although very busy. You will normally want to make an appointment ahead of time.

You cannot go wrong with this shop, they will make sure the job is done right. I rarely leave positive reviews but this shop earned it! I've recently ran into some bad luck with another shop that damaged my car, this shop came in to help me fix it up. I can't work on my car right now because of an accident and surgeries I've been in so I'm just grateful they were able to help me out. Good people are still out there, and they work here. Definitely recommend and will return.

Have a car that is limping by until the kid graduates HS, been here twice, very honest, reasonable, doesn’t try to add extra things/costs in.
