DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! I don't know what's up with VW dealers in NY. First told me $1000 deposit for test drive and there's price adjustment also. When I get there after 1hr traffic, the guy told me they didn't prepare for the test drive let me come back next week. I said okay and didn't complain. Then comes with funniest part next week: They told me there's someone else interested and don't want me test drive. And to me I can test drive after purchasing (lol) And no apologies at all 🙂 Come on... it's been 2024, still charging 3-4k over MSRP and no test drive. They think we don't use Internet. There are tons of dealers outside NY they even sell a bit lower than the MSRP and provide test drive with no deposit. Dealers in NY just don't care you at all. Please, don't pay the extra and please try to call at least one or two dealerships outside NY and you know what I meant :)

If I could do zero I would. Vincent was annoyed that we hadn't made an appointment for a test drive. Did not show us the features ...wanted to talk out in the hot sun without inviting us back into the showroom. I really liked the reviews of the ID.4. Vincent at Northern blvd is the reason I won't be buying the Volkswagon. Such poor customer service. He seemed completely uninterested in selling us a car and we walked in today ready to purchase. Please don't go to the dealership.

Luis was very attentive, helpful, and patient. He got me into my new car within a day and I couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep. Shoutout to Sally for getting back to me so fast on the phone. Without her exceptional customer service, I would not have driven out with my new car. Thanks guys!
