It is one of the terrible places where both racial and authoritarian discrimination by the people who work at the from desk is so terrible that I experienced it. I hope that someone who reads this comment collaborates and does something to try to stop this abuse On behalf of this dealer, I call on the Chinese community in Bayside to do something about the discrimination against this dealer.

This is actually a 0 star review. I placed an order, they took the money, sent an email of confirmation of order being placed and then canceled the order the same day. I did not, however, get any notification of the order being canceled. So when it came time that I should have received the part, and it didn't come, I had to go back to the original order confirmation email to track the part. And that is where I learned of the order being canceled. True professionals. I would not recommend doing business with them. I won't be anymore.

Needed a new battery & got one from here. Bought my car from Bayside Dodge some 7 years ago. Their pretty good here. Service dept. manager even waxed the hood on my car to get rid of all the fingerprints & I very much appreciate that. Staff is knowledgeable & helpful. My favorite is Jay Escobar but pretty much everybody else are great as well.
