They fixed my car in 6 days and got it looking like brand new and even went to get my car washed !! The customer service is above and beyond. They make sure that you are well taken care of and answers all your questions detailed. They even help me call the rental car company and made sure that I knew what the next steps are.

We brought our Mercedes SUV in after an accident which damaged the rear bumper, back hatch door and back panels. Justin and Arthur were extremely helpful in working with us to navigate thru the insurance adjuster, car rental transportation and filling out insurance forms. They did an incredible job and within a week we had our SUV back looking like we just drove off the new car lot at Mercedes. I highly recommend Bayside Collision Services. I recently brought my car in to the shop for repairs after a minor accident. The service they provided was top notch. The repairs were through the insurance of the other party and it was an ordeal to get them to payout. Justin and Arthur helped me to navigate the dealing with the insurance company and went above and beyond to help me through the process. The car was ready in the shop for an entire week and they waited patiently for the payment to be completed by the insurance company. To top it off the repair work was stellar and I even got my vehicle outfitted with original factory parts. I highly recommend choosing them for your repairs.
