I was referred by my previous mechanics. I called and was told to come in. I went on Saturday 12/7/2024. I was greeted very professionally and was told that my wait would not be long. The waiting area is comfortable. I wish that I had gotten a name. I will next time for sure.

I've had them repair a couple of things on my car. So far I will say, I'm satisfied with their work. Their prices are reasonable. They have a very friendly establishment. I have an Audi, so I appreciate that one of their mechanics knows and understands how to work on European vehicles. My husband has started using them after my recommendation. He's satisfied with their services so far as well. They also have a sitting area and always offer me coffee while I wait. They're just nice people.

Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I got my car back within hours on the same day. I replaced all 4 brake pads and rotors. Price was reasonable. I would have given 5 stars had they called me when my car was ready.

Tony and the guys at Prela are great. Tony called me before they did any pop-up repairs. My vehicle had to stay overnight, and they gave me a ride home. If you need repairs, I highly recommend Prela Enterprises. My FJ Cruiser is running better than it has in a while!
