I went into the office. 3 guys were in there doing nothing. I tried to talk but one guy cut me off right away and told me to make an appointment. I tried talking several times but this individual kept cutting me off. Finally one of the other guys was willing to listen. He heard my issue and explained what I needed and how much they would charge. The first guy really did not want my business. I went somewhere else. There's a lot of shops in the area. Another shop took care of my vehicle. Gave an extra star because on a previous occasion, the mechanics I spoke to in the garage were really nice.

All I can say is they're the best!! I've used them several times and always recommend them to my customers. They are honest and reasonably priced. Their work beats my expectations. I highly recommend them for all your mechanical and body work needs. If my son loves the results, so will you! You won't be disappointed! Simply the best!

I am forever in debt to a good friend that recommended On Target Auto for my car repairs. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2011, On Target Auto has well maintain three of my high end vehicles since. Backstory they were initially recommended so that they could clean up a botched job. That another mechanic shop had sabotaged on my Porsche Cayenne. Overall, extremely different experience soon as I walked in I was treated like I was family. I thought I was special but later I observed they treat everybody like family. But this sealed the deal besides them being top notch mechanics. When any elderly men or women walked in I witnessed the type of genuine care and honesty that the senior citizens was given that was it for me. That showed great character for the owner and the staff. Enclosing let me be clear, I live in Rockland Co. I across two bridges to give my business to On Target Auto that should speak volumes. My feeling is finding a good mechanic is like finding a good doctor.

We had a brake problem so it was our first time with On Target. It was perfectly done. All crews were nice, helpful and explained everything in words we could understand. Price is super reasonable. 100% satisfied, highly recommend.
