Bought brand new brake pads and they’ve been squeaking, called to ask about the return policy and couldn’t get a straight answer. Had this experience with them before, uniformative and rude. Local but have to take biz elsewhere. ugh 👎 🙃

Service is OK, but the price is rediculous. Cost more in labor than parts. Labor fee is $175 per hour, and they won't tell you there is a 3.5% surcharge for credit card. When you show up in cashier ready to pay and pick up the car, and be notified in that moment, then you have no choice other than pay.

The customer service here. They talk to you and treat you like a piece of scum. God willingly they will go out of business hopefully.
