New.Everybody in this building seems like they’re rude and have an attitude problem VERY SHOTTY WORK TO SAY THENLEAST! On a $80,000 vehicle and this is a kind of terrible work. They do the one picture how it should look the other pictures what they installed and said it was perfectly fine until I crawled under there and I caught him. Don’t believe these guys they think they’re slick. I work too hard for my money to just give it away to a bunch of people.

Do not bring your vehicle here. Brought my truck here twice for a check engine light and they say they will call before doing anything but they did not either time. They are just trying to steal your money and do stuff to charge you before asking. Very unprofessional.

Car I purchased in September needed to be serviced. 2015 Buick with only 22k miles at time of purchase. I purchased the Ally 'Major Guard' warranty ~ so I set the appointment at the dealership. No issues with this ~ she was polite, pleasant and professional. I was able to drop my car off Sunday night. I didn't anticipate them having my car for more than Monday. Things escalated quickly ~ They had it for several days. All of the sudden I needed $3000 repairs/tires etc. A few things were addressed. The warranty, still waiting on an answer about one item that Ally may or may not cover. I did purchase tires online and had them installed, locally~ for more than half the price. $600 Dawn and Jesse were polite, professional. It's just crazy expensive to use dealer for car maintenance.

Dawn and all of the girls who work in the service office are very rude and straight out lie to you about what’s going on with your car.Dawn is supposed to be the manager but she doesn’t act like one, all she’s good at is making up stories. If you need service do not trust these people go somewhere else!
